Lisa Julian

My name is Lisa Julian and I am a Personal Trainer who has experienced my own journey of becoming fitter, healthier and leading a  better lifestyle, therefore I am able to relate to what my clients have been through and are going through.

All up I have lost 50kgs and am continually finding new ways to challenge myself mentally and physically.

I am passionate about teaching ladies how to look after their bodies  through nutrition and exercise and love to watch their confidence grow as they do so.”

My Bootcamps provide women a place to partake in monitored and structured classes, alongside other like minded, goal driven, motivated woman. My ladies are all very supportive of one another and  

I believe this is part of why I have such great results from each round of bootcamp.

I work very hard to create an amazing atmosphere where all my ladies feel welcome and confident!

    Ladies Bootcamp

Bootcamp Class
Designed as a workout for the entire body. Bootcamp class combines body weight exercises with interval and strength training that will challenge you in a fun and supportive environment.

Boxing Class
Bring your Gloves along and prepare for an hour of stress relief. This class combines boxing technique and drills that work your entire body. Increasing your fitness levels and self-confidence.

Mums & Babes
These daytime classes follow the same structure as our Bootcamp and Boxing classes but differ in that you can bring babes along. They aim to introduce women to exercise and increase the fitness levels of those who’ve exercised previously. You control the intensity and pace.

Don’t have a babe but this time slot works for you? No problem, we’d  love to have you along.

Circuit Class
A fun and efficient high energy 45 minute workout, incorporating cardio, strength, coordination and balance. Circuit combines bodyweight and weighted exercises for a challanging fullbody workout.

Metafit
This 30-minute high-intensity workout uses a combination of bodyweight exercises in an interval training style class, guaranteed to increase your fitness and energy levels.

Personal Training

Whether your goals be fat loss, strength, simply to have scheduled time in your busy week to focus on your health and fitness, you lack confidence to exercise in a group environment or our class times don’t  fit in with your work and family commitments.  Structured to help best achieve your goals, our Personal Training sessions may be the answer.

We are passionate about all things health and fitness and believe in turning the journey into a lifestyle choice, without it becoming a  chore. We’ll work with you to achieve your goals.  Equipping you with the knowledge and tools you need to create a healthy lifestyle.

30min Personal Training Session $35.00
45min Personal Training Session $50.00
